Theoretically any resolution larger than 512x512 has a chance to produce the bugged image with duplicated subjects if you don't use highres fix, especially when both dimension exceeds 512. Now scale the image itself to 140×140 and set the canvas to 180×180, and then export it as apple-touch-icon.png. Scale the image to 192×192 and export it to icon-192.png.
